Terms of Service
Last updated August 28, 2026
Agreement
These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Washington Estate Cleaning in The Tri-Cities and the Lower Yakima Valley, WA. By booking a cleaning you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
We quote by text once we know the details of the home, typically bedrooms, bathrooms, service type, and any add-ons. Your quote is based on the information you give us. If the home differs materially from what was described, we will tell you the revised price before starting work rather than surprising you on the invoice.
Scheduling and access
You are responsible for providing access to the home at the scheduled time. If our cleaners cannot get in and cannot reach you, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.
Cancellation
Please give us as much notice as you can to cancel or reschedule so the slot can go to someone else. Late cancellations may be charged a fee to cover the cleaner's reserved time; any such fee is stated up front when you book, never applied as a surprise.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods shown on your invoice.
Concerns about a cleaning
If something about a cleaning is not right, contact us as soon as possible by call or text so we can look into it.
What we do not clean
For safety reasons our cleaners do not handle biohazards, pest infestations, mold remediation, or heavy lifting, and do not climb above two-step ladders. We will tell you if something falls outside the scope.
Damage and liability
If we damage something, tell us within 48 hours so we can inspect and resolve it. Please secure irreplaceable or high-value items before a cleaning. Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service except where the law provides otherwise.
Messaging
When you give us your number we may text you about your quote and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
